Shipping policy

We know that when the spotlight is waiting, timing is everything. To ensure our costumes get to your front door as quickly and reliably as possible, we currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Processing & Handling

We aim for a "quick change" when it comes to your order. All orders are processed within 1 business day. In most cases, if your payment is confirmed early in the day, we’ll have your package packed and dispatched that same afternoon.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be handled the very next business day.

Shipping Times & Coverage

We are proud to outfit performers and party-goers from coast to coast. Once your order leaves our Chicago storefront, here is when you can expect it to arrive:

  • United States: 3–5 business days.

Free Shipping—Always

We believe the only thing you should be focusing on is your performance, not extra fees at checkout. We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders nationwide. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send a tracking number straight to your email. Please give the carrier 24–48 hours to update their system so you can see exactly where your costume is on the map.

Address Accuracy

Double-check those details! Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Beatnix US cannot guarantee delivery or offer replacements for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during the purchase. If you catch a typo after ordering, contact us immediately at info@beatnix.us.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped, the carrier takes the lead. While Beatnix US isn't responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues, we won't leave you hanging. We are happy to help you open a carrier investigation to track down your delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

If your costume arrives in anything less than perfect condition, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send a few photos of the damaged packaging and the product to our team, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
